If Safari's acting up — slow to load, showing outdated versions of pages, or just generally misbehaving — resetting it usually clears things right up. Here's how to do it on any Mac currently supported by Intego X9 or Intego ONE.

Clear Website Data (Cookies and Site Data)
- In the Safari menu, choose Settings... (macOS Ventura and later) or Preferences... (macOS Monterey and earlier).
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data...
- Click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.

Clear Safari's Cache
Clearing the cache is a separate step, and requires enabling Safari's hidden Developer menu first:
- From the Safari menu, choose Settings... > Advanced.
- Check the box for Show features for web developers.
- From the menu bar, select Develop > Empty Caches.
