Here’s how you can conduct a speed test via your Intego ONE app. This speed test feature allows you to view information about Ping, Jitter, Download and Upload Speeds.

Accessing the Dashboard:
- Starting the Application and Navigating to the Dashboard
- Click the ONE application's icon in the taskbar to launch it.
- Navigate to the Dashboard by selecting the "Open" icon.
- Navigate to the Firewall Main Dashboard.
- Select "Speed Test" within the Content View Section.
- Initiating the Scan
- In the Content View, Select the option “Run Test”
- The application will start the speed test, first testing for your devices' Ping, Jitter, and Download speeds
- Next, the application will test your device for Upload Speeds
Accessory View Section Overview
This section provides a summary of your device’s speed:
- Current Day Overview: Shows the total amount of traffic sent and received for the present day.
- All-Time Stats: Shows the number of tests ran and what criteria are tested (i.e. Browsing, Online Gaming, Video Streaming and Video Calling)
Content View Section Details
This section will show you the results of your Speed Test. Here you will see the following:
- Your ISP provider, your Public IP address or Your VPN location and IP address
- A visual graph showing your Download and Upload speeds
- The numeric display of your devices' Ping, Jitter, Download and Upload Speeds
- Speed Test History allows you to view the results of your current and past speed tests.
