How to Connect or Disconnect from the VPN

There are two ways to connect to and disconnect from the Intego ONE VPN — through the VPN Dashboard, or directly from the menu bar.

Connect or Disconnect via the VPN Dashboard

Connecting

To connect to the VPN:

1. Click the Intego ONE icon in your taskbar.
2. Select Open to launch the main Dashboard.
3. Go to the VPN section.
4. Click the Power Button to start the connection.
5. Once connected, you'll see:
   1. Your current VPN connection status
   2. The Power Button turns blue
   3. The VPN IP address for your current location
   4. A blue indicator on the Intego ONE taskbar icon

Viewing your connection status

At the top of the VPN Dashboard, you can see:

1. Your VPN connection status.
2. The Selected Server location and the VPN IP address (when connected).
3. The VPN Protocol selected.
4. A physical Map showing your connected location in the world.

Disconnecting

To disconnect from the VPN:

1. Click the Intego ONE icon in your taskbar.
2. Select Open to launch the main Dashboard.
3. Go to the VPN section.
4. Click the Power Button to Disconnect the connection.
5. Once disconnected, the Accessory View will revert back to the standard view.

Connecting to the VPN

To connect to the VPN via the taskbar:

1. Click the Intego ONE icon in your Mac's menu bar.
2. Select your preferred server location from the drop-down.
3. Click Connect.

Disconnecting from the VPN

To disconnect from the VPN via the taskbar:

1. On the Menu bar, click the Intego ONE icon.
2. Click Disconnect.
