This guide provides step-by-step instructions to safely uninstall Intego ONE from your Mac device.
How to Uninstall the Application on Mac
- Click the application icon in the taskbar.
- Select the "Open" icon to launch the application Dashboard.
- Go to your Mac's taskbar and choose "Help".
- From the drop-down menu, select "Uninstall."
- A pop-up window will appear. Review the message confirming that all associated files and data will be removed, then click "Uninstall."
- The uninstall process will begin. A pop-up window will prompt you to enter your Mac Admin password to authorize the application's removal.
- Once that is complete, a second pop-up window will ask you to re-enter your Mac Admin password to remove all system extensions (such as Full Disk Access and Network permissions).
- The application will then be completely removed from your device.
