How Do I Manage/Remove Devices from my Account?

This guide outlines how customers can manage their devices and account seats within the Intego ONE platform.

Accessing Your Account:

  1. Navigate to the Intego ONE website: intego.com/one.
  2. Click Sign In, log in using your registered email address and password, and click Continue.Interfaz de usuario gráfica, Texto, Aplicación

  3. Once in the Intego Account Overview, select Devices & Users from the left-hand menu.

Reviewing and Managing Devices and Seats:

  • Reviewing Devices: The Devices & Users page allows you to review and manage all devices linked to your account.
  • Account Seats: In the Access Overview section, you can view:
    • An overview list of all Active/Assigned devices, including the Assigned User, and the date or time last active.
    • The number of Active Devices.
      • Note: This information is also located on the Overview page.
  • Purchasing More Seats: To expand your subscription, click Upgrade for More Users.
    • A window will appear, allowing you to enhance your protection by either selecting a higher Plan or increasing the number of devices covered. To adjust the number of devices you wish to protect, use the drop-down menu to select 1, 3, or 5 devices (the available options depend on your current subscription). Once you have chosen the desired number of devices and the protection period, click “Upgrade to …..”.
      • You can also upgrade the number of devices directly within the “Your Plan” page. Select the action “Upgrade”.

Using Seat on A Different Device/Sharing A Seat:

If you want to use your available seat on a different device or share it with someone, do the following on the device where you want to use the Intego app:

  1. Log in to the Intego My Account page.
  2. On the Overview page, download the installer file.
  3. Open the installation file to initiate the installation.

Access Overview Details:

The Access Overview section provides the following information for each linked device:

  • Assigned Device: The Name of the Linked Device
  • Assigned User: The Users assigned Email
  • Last Active: The Date application was activated

Removing a Linked Device:

  1. To remove a device, locate the Remove column and click the Remove option for the desired device.
  2. A confirmation pop-up window will appear. After reviewing and confirming that you have selected the correct device, click Yes, Remove Device.
