This applies whether you're using Intego X9 or Intego ONE — the number of computers your software can be installed on is specific to the software package you purchased. Licenses are available for one, three, or five Macs.
Check how many seats you have
If you're not sure how many devices your current license covers:
- Log in to your My Account portal.

For Intego X9 users: Select Devices on the main dashboard.
- Here, you can view active seats and linked devices. Check the Seats column to confirm the total number of covered devices.

For Intego ONE users: Navigate to the Devices & Users section.
- This section displays active seats and connected devices. Refer to the Active Devices indicator to see your covered devices.

- From this page, you can also Remove inactive devices to free up seats for new ones.
